  • Our team performs the installation of helical piles around the house following the guidelines emitted by our engineering department.
  • Afterwards, the support are installed under the footing and firmly secured to the foundation.
  • Hydraulic jacks are then used to raise the building on helical piles foundation.

The screw pile to stabilize your building

A cracked foundation is a sign that the soil is unstable. Thanks to the Techno Metal Post expertise, the foundation of a building can be stabilized inside if the context does not permit to do it outside.

Screw piles will be installed in the basement at places determined by the engineering department. Then, metal posts will rely on the piles to support the house.

Once the building is resting securely on the piles, the soil can be excavated.

The piles are a deep foundation and will remain after backfilling to maintain the old foundations.
