# A new dealer in Southern Vermont

At 21 years old, Zachary LaPorte, has become the youngest dealer in the Techno Metal Post network. Zachary has just completed his Construction Management training. The new owner is realizing his dream of starting his own business. Far from being intimidated to enter the business world, Zachary was impatient to put his knowledge to use to benefit clients in Vermont. [Techno Metal Post of Southern Vermont](/en-GB/dealer/techno-metal-post-vermont/)
 is located in Montpelier and will operate a Techno Metal Post franchise in the southern part of the state.

 Following his initial meeting with the Techno Metal Post team, Zachary fell in love with the [helical pile](/en-GB/helical-piles/)
 technology and installation equipment. He started working with Jim Lyman, owner of [Techno Metal Post Vermont](/en-GB/dealer/techno-metal-post-vermont/)
 to learn more about the business and to start mastering the secrets of the trade.

 Recently, Zachary took part in training sessions consisting of an introduction to the company, presentation of the different departments, theoretical and practical training on installing piles and training on use of the [installation equipment](/en-GB/installation-equipment/)
. According to Zach, “The product is already quite well known in Vermont and I am confident that I will be able to contribute to further promoting all the advantages of using our technology.”

 “The new dealer paid very close attention throughout the training. He absorbed all of the information quite impressively. He showed outstanding professionalism. Despite his young age, I can see that he already has knowledge and experience in the field and that he will certainly use it to his advantage”, commented Maxime Binet, the person in charge of training.
