# Inauguration of The New Training Center!

The global progression of the Techno Metal Post network requires to train new installers year-round. From this moment, training sessions can be done during the winter season, despite harsh temperatures and weather constraints associated with our Canadian climate.

 The new center will provide training sessions to the [building industry professionals](https://www.technometalpost.com/en-CA/engineering-services/)
 as well. This includes engineers, architects, contractors and building officials. Pascal Marceau, Chief Engineer explains how important this new Training Center is: "*... it will help us to provide a basis on how to use helical piles and show the multiple advantages of our technology*". Pascal Marceau also travels worldwide to make presentations on the advantages of using helical piles.
