Challenges
The ground had rubble on the surface, which made installing foundations hard. It was important to place the helical piles very accurately to keep the building stable over time in this type of soil.
Solutions
Techno Metal Post used their expertise to install 26 piles, mixing P3-16 and P4-16 models. Each pile was put at least 8 metres deep to give strong and lasting support, while reducing problems caused by drying roots. Using our remote-controlled, high precision equipment helped manage the installation perfectly, even with obstacles on the surface.
Results / Conclusion
