• Complex site due to its proximity to an existing wall and old foundations;
• The task required passing under the original foundation while maintaining structural stability;
• The site also involved a 30 tons compression load test, requiring careful planning and execution.

Solutions

• An installation of 14 piles, at a depth of 4 metres (13’) in a trench foundation.

Results/Conclusion

This project marks the very first installation carried out by our new UK dealer, Techno Metal Post Home Counties. This demonstrates the expertise and technical precision required to handle complex foundation work. The project displayed strong attention to detail and rigorous planning to ensure the long-term stability of the new construction.
