Challenges
The steel modular system required extremely precise positioning of the base plates. The margin of error was very small: everything had to be perfectly aligned to ensure the stability of the structure.
Solutions
To meet the requirements of the project, 55 piles were installed: 37 P3-type piles for the foundations of the modular house and 18 P2.5-type piles for the three outdoor decks. Each pile was installed with precision, respecting the tolerance levels required by the steel modular construction system. This precise positioning was essential to ensure perfect alignment with the base plates and to guarantee the stability of the entire structure.
Results / Conclusion
All work was completed in just 2.5 days, demonstrating the efficiency of the Techno Metal Post solution. The precise positioning of the piles ensured perfect alignment with the base plates, allowing for a smooth installation, as well as long-term stability and durability of the structure.
