Congratulations and a warm welcome to Sean Reid, on becoming the latest addition to our ever-growing network of dealers. With the help of his son, he is now servicing the greater Pittsburgh area.

He worked at a civil engineering firm during his college years, gaining valuable experience that laid the foundation for his future projects. His early exposure within this specialized field would serve him well in the years to come. Sean's academic goals eventually led him to graduate with a degree in computer science, and from there he went on a different path for the next thirty years. Throughout this time, he developed an interest in construction, as he followed developments through various construction shows. One recurring theme kept getting his attention- the use of helical piles as a foundation solution.

In 2020, after years of doing large and small construction projects on the side, he ventured into property management. While working on a house in 2022, he once again came across helical piles as he researched a large deck project. This captured his curiosity, because of the serendipitous and repetitive presence over the past years.

Through research, Sean soon discovered that they weren't serviced in his area. Seeing an opportunity, he reached out to Techno Metal Post to learn more about becoming a helical pile dealer in the greater Pittsburgh area. When he set out to start a new business venture, he also enlisted the help of his son, who possesses valuable mechanical and outdoor expertise.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to Brent Long out of Johnson City, Tennessee, as he is the latest addition to join the Techno Metal Post family with TMP Mountain South. Brent and his wife Aimee have been together for nearly 20 years now and they are proud parents to five children.  A seasoned entrepreneur with more than 15 years under his belt, he has made a name for himself in the real estate industry, particularly in multi-family and commercial property development.

His passion for sustainable living and environmental consciousness led him to establish a regenerative agrotourism farm in Watauga River, where visitors can stay onsite in luxury glamping accommodations, learn about regenerative farming practices, or simply explore the area. This not only reflects his commitment to sustainability but also his versatility as an entrepreneur. By integrating renewable practices into his operations, Brent demonstrates his dedication to make a positive impact on both the local community and the environment.

When Brent came across Techno Metal Post’s helical piles, a desire to serve multiple communities with an efficient and sustainable product was born. He along with his seasoned team loves not having to pour concrete or wait for it to cure, as well as multiple other benefits including- decreased site disturbance, low footprint and project efficiency.

As he begins his venture with Techno Metal Post, we wish him the greatest luck and continued success ahead!

Techno Metal Post has just recently teamed up with a new dealer based out of the UK. We are pleased to welcome Guillaume Danis to our ever-expanding global network. Guillaume comes to us with an extensive background spanning many fields of discipline. He has taken on a dual role of being a dealer and market developer within the UK, for Techno Metal Post.

He is looking forward to being in the field, build strong relationships with his clients, all the while developing opportunities within the industry and establishing valuable partnerships. This connection is important for him to understand their needs and provide a unique foundation solution for them.

His background and expertise in entrepreneurial positions including, but not limited to - software development, market analysis, investment banking and strategy consulting. A “jack of all trades” and an exceptionally skilled, talented handyman and craftsman.

His passion is sailing. He told us that as a professional skipper, he’s had the opportunity to sail the east coast of Greenland more than once. He would say in his words, “I am a human Swiss Army knife…one who can disassemble a sailboat engine in a tuxedo.”

Guillaume has been in England for over 25 years now and is married with 4 children.

We are delighted to announce the addition of three new dealers from Poland to the Techno Metal Post family. Accompanied by the Polish market developer, Artur Toczek, they received a week-long session of training, orientation & certification at our head office in Canada. This gave us all a great opportunity to build valuable business connections and relationships with one another.

-Radoslaw, an entrepreneur in the construction industry, manages his own business and had crossed paths with Artur while on a project. Interested in the approach of using helical piles, he recognized the opportunity in front of him, and the rest is history.

-Adrien's catalyst for his decision to be part of Techno Metal Post was his cousin, Thomas Clayeux, of TMP Auvergne & TMP Vichy in France. Adrien is an established entrepreneur with a wealth of experience spanning multiple countries, including the U.S., France, and Poland...When he saw the potential for growth using helical piles, he jumped on board.

-Bartosz, as the owner of a transportation company, was responsible for delivering Techno Metal Post's helical piles for Artur Toczek, TMP Polska. He showed a great interest in this product and decided to make the transition to join the Techno Metal Post family.

Techno Metal Post would like to congratulate and welcome Mark Acorn, on becoming one of the latest dealers to join the TMP family. Mark has a dealership in Northwest Saskatchewan, Canada, which allows him to cater to the local community as well as the neighboring regions. After coming across an ad, he contacted us with an interest in learning more about our products and how he could be part of this thriving industry.

Mark already has a solid background in the construction industry dating back to 2002, when he started off in carpentry, and is now after many years of experience in different fields, looking to do something new. He had his hand at being a contractor in both the residential and commercial domains, and worked mainly with framing, siding, foundations, and concrete.

When he learned about our helical piles, he quickly realized the potential to efficiently and properly undertake projects, particularly for clients located in the lake regions. Mark mentioned how hauling concrete and dealing with different terrains can be quite daunting, but installing our piles would be a game changer for him and his clients.

Mark is married with three boys, and both him and his wife were locally raised. He knows his client’s needs based upon his experience in the industry and knowing the territory. We wish him much success in his new business venture!

The Techno Metal Post team is proud to announce the arrival of a new dealership in the US network. Nathan Menkin recently joined our family by founding TMP of Austin. Nate decided to get into the helical pile business to offer an alternative solution to how things were currently being done in his area, i.e., pile driving in general.

Nate, who also owns ATX Lakescapes, a boat dock and boat lift remodeling company, lives in Leander, Texas with his wife Victoria and their 3 children.

Nate was born and raised in the state of Texas. He grew up with the passion of playing football and made it all the way to the NFL. He was an offensive lineman for the Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Texans. Later in his career Nate also played football in the Canadian Football League. His time in Canada, not to mention the bonds he made with his teammates, was a factor when it came time to reach out to Techno Metal Post about the possibility of starting a dealership.

Techno Metal Post would like to thank Nate and Victoria for their trust and confidence and the opportunity to expand the TMP technology in the state of Texas.

Stephen Angus has recently joined Techno Metal Post by creating Techno Metal Cambridge! Well… to tell the truth, Stephen was already a Techno Metal post Certified Installer and, a few months ago, he decided to create his own business dedicated to the helical pile. His new dealership is based on his knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Stephen will be supported by his wife Lauren, who will assist him with the various business communications with their customers.

Tim Durham is the newest dealer to join our Techno Metal Post family, establishing TMP Chester Springs (Chester County and Delaware County) in Pennsylvania. Tim has been a landscape designer and handyman for the past 35 years, and as someone who cares deeply for his customers, he has developed a very loyal clientele. “When a customer is happy, I’m happy; I can sleep at night.”

Tim shares a home with his wife Christine, their daughter Skyler (17), son JT (15), and Tim’s eldest son Jason (25). Jason, who is passionate about cars and currently works as a mechanic for BMW, will be helping his dad as Tim sets up TMP Chester Springs. Tim said what enjoys most is spending time with his family and working hard at what he loves: “I love to create. I love challenges and meeting new people. I love finishing projects beyond expectations.”

Tim found out about Techno Metal Post through his brother-in-law, Rick Caramanica of TMP Boylston in Massachusetts. He said Rick has been encouraging him to become a Techno Metal Post dealer for a while. Tim finally decided to take the leap and recently spent some time with Rick, learning more about TMP, and “getting my hands wet”. He said, “Landscaping is very stressful and physical. Techno Metal Post is also very physical but I have the machinery.” And looking down the road at his investment and hard work, Tim said, “I can also bring my sons into this business and leave them something when I retire.”

Tim and Jason spent the week training with us. Both said the experience was great and that “lots of questions were answered.” Tim said he especially appreciated the hands-on training. “I loved the chance to physically touch and do. The better you get, the more efficient you become – like landscaping and handywork.” Jason said, “It was great to see how complex and impressive the product is, and yet is easy to learn to use.” Both Tim and Jason talked about how welcomed they felt and the camaraderie they observed: “The thing I noticed in this place is that nobody is above anyone else. Everyone is smiling, laughing, telling jokes and still getting the job done. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt part of the family.”

As Tim embarks on this new chapter, he knows a big part of his job will be to educate people about TMP helical piles. “I’ve seen the building industry for years, and this technology is incredible. It solves so many problems. It’s also environmentally friendly, which is so important now.” He is also excited that he still gets to create and be of service to clients. “With landscape design, I created things people can enjoy for 10, 20, 50, 100 years. An addition to a house can do the same: enjoyment for customers. So, let’s see how we can make this grow!”

Techno Metal Post is very pleased to welcome the newest member into the TMP family: Artur Toczek of TMP Polska. Artur is the first TMP dealer in Poland, joining our growing dealer network and helping expand our market in the European Union.

Artur, a dad of two girls, has been a designer and builder for many years and has a long and solid background in construction. His father and grandfather were both builders, and Artur said he is the “last generation” to have attended a handcraft school in Poland which offered practical professional programs to students.  His skills, talent, and passion for building and design took him to Sweden where he lived and worked for 10 years buying, remodeling, rebuilding, and redesigning old homes, barns, and farmhouses.  Six years ago, after establishing his own company and a very successful career, he decided it was time to return home to Poland.

Artur said he first discovered Techno Metal Post at the Ecobuild trade show in London, on March 6, 2018.  He was attending the show with his own building and design company, looking for new technology, materials, and ideas when he came across Guy Edney of Techno Metal Post U.K. South. Artur expressed his strong interest in bringing TMP technology to Poland, and the rest is history!

Trained and certified at our head office center in Canada, Mr. Toczek join a growing international network of over 150 experienced and skilled dealers worldwide. We wish TMP Polska much happiness and success!
