An Example of a Project Completed in France: A Carport Fitted with Photovoltaic Panels
In 2020, Techno Pieux Pyrénées-Ouest partnered with Terre Solaire to install the foundations for a wooden carport fitted with photovoltaic panels.
The project required six P3-12 Techno Metal Post helical piles, installed to a depth of up to 4 metres. Using the EM1 machine, the piles were installed in just half a day.
Once the foundations had been installed, Terre Solaire was able to continue building the carport immediately, and the carport was completed in just two days.
