Another Dealership from West Coast Canada Joins our Network!

Introducing Wayne and Merewyn Nicol, now proud owners of Techno Metal Post Northwest B.C. They have been partners in both life and business for many years, building a strong family unit alongside their two children. Their 23-year-old daughter plays an important role as their company’s safety officer—overseeing accreditation, certifications, and ensuring the business meets safety compliance. Their 17-year-old son is already working and invested in the family business, contributing to its growth.

Wayne's background includes years dedicated to tourism, agriculture, and training horses. These experiences, along with his Military service, have shaped how he approaches projects- with discipline, attention to detail, and leadership. Wayne also worked as a highway manager, overseeing construction and participating in both on-site work and civil engineering contracts.

We have Merewyn, who brings with her a diverse background, ranging from fashion design to accounting/administration, and over 15 years of experience working with special needs children. Beyond all this, she is known for rolling up her sleeves and jumping in wherever needed. Whether it’s painting a building, making calls, or operating equipment, she plays a vital role both in the office and in the field.

After discovering Techno Metal Post through Matt Palladina’s reels on social media, Wayne quickly realized our technology as the ideal and complementary foundation solution for their existing companies. The Nicols’ high standards aligned with our helical pier technology, encouraging them to contact us, and after several conversations, they decided to move forward and install helical piers for the areas listed below.

Techno Metal Post Northwest B.C. will proudly serve regions across Haida Gwaii—including Port Clements, Masset, Daajing Giids, and Sandspit—as well as Northern and Central B.C. communities such as Bear Camp, Smithers, Kitimat, Prince Rupert, Bella Bella, and many more.
