Support for Concrete Foundations

Techno Metal Posts are installed beneath the structure to support its loads. They are screwed into the ground and secured to the reinforcement before the concrete is poured. During installation, the bearing capacity of each pier is measured in real-time.

The engineering team determines the exact depth for each pier to safely support the structure and ensure the required bearing capacity is achieved.

This approach ensures a solid foundation in challenging conditions, like areas with weak or unstable soil.

A plate is welded on each pier and secured to the reinforcement. We offer different types of plates and can adapt them to your needs.

Techno Metal Posts are installed under the structure to support the sill and distribute its forces. Our engineering team determines the exact position and depth for each pier based on load requirements, and then the piers are screwed into the ground until they reach the specified bearing capacity. Once in place, the reinforcement is secured to the welded support plate, and concrete can be poured.

In the case of prefabricated stringers, the piers are placed between each stringer. The torque of each pier is determined according to the forces of the sill needing support.

The engineering department calculates all loads, and each pier is equipped with a welded plate and concrete reinforcement to firmly support the sills.
