We’re pleased to introduce Vincent Jenny and Nicolas Giroux, two professionals who will lead Techno Metal Post 3 Lacs in Switzerland. Their complementary backgrounds combine entrepreneurship, hands-on expertise, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Driven by fieldwork and construction, Vincent began his career by earning a Federal Diploma (CFC) as a Forestry Worker, followed by training in road construction. These experiences gave him a solid understanding of jobsite operations before he transitioned into project management, graduating from HEIA-FR (Fribourg School of Engineering and Architecture) in 2021.
Over the years, Vincent has managed major road and railway construction projects across Switzerland for several well-established companies. This experience enabled him to develop a strong expertise in project coordination and team management. Today, as an entrepreneur, he operates both a construction consulting company and Techno Metal Post 3 Lacs. Motivated, dynamic, and responsive, he leverages his field and management experience to serve clients in both Switzerland and Canada.
Nicolas’s entrepreneurial spirit started early in his career. At just 24 years old, he launched his first company, specializing in glass bending. After acquiring his first kiln, he learned the trade through hands-on experience and then quickly built a successful business that grew to around a dozen employees. After nearly ten years of success, he sold the company in 2003 and moved to Switzerland to begin a new chapter in his life.
Over the following years, Nicolas gained experience in several areas related to the construction industry. For twelve years, he worked as a specialized representative for piping systems serving civil engineering companies. It was during this period that he met Vincent, who was one of his clients at the time. After some period, recognizing the potential of a new venture, Nicolas decides to join Vincent and Techno Metal Post 3 Lacs to install helical piles throughout the following regions and their surrounding areas: Fribourg, Bern, Lyss, Murten, Payerne.
Nicolas brings valuable entrepreneurial experience, industry knowledge, and a people-focused mindset. What drew him to Techno Metal Post was the company culture. He mentioned how he values their professional approach, while still preserving a strong family spirit despite the business’s growth.
