Solutions
- Installation of 12 Techno Metal Post helical piles (model P3 Ø 88.9 mm), installed to an average depth of 17 metres, achieving working loads between 85 kN and 130 kN
- Installation of Techno Metal Post's proprietary cathodic protection system, featuring two impressed current spin anodes, effectively preventing corrosion and ensuring continuous long-term protection
- Designed service life exceeding 90 years, ensuring durable and reliable performance in a highly aggressive environment
Results / Conclusion
Despite challenging ground conditions, tidal water ingress, and adverse weather, all 12 helical piles were successfully installed within 5 days.
