Challenges

The ground had debris on the surface, which made installing foundations hard. To keep the building stable over time, it was important to accurately place the helical piers, within this type of soil.

Solutions

Techno Metal Post installed 26 piers, using P3-16 and P4-16 models. Each pier was installed at least 26.24 feet deep contributing to a strong and durable support system, and reducing problems caused by drying roots. Our remote-controlled, specialized equipment helped manage the installation perfectly, even with obstacles on the surface.

Results / Conclusion

We met all the accuracy and depth requirements during this project. Techno Metal Post provided a stable, strong foundation made for specific ground conditions. The project was finished successfully, meeting all technical and quality needs.
