• Particularly unstable terrain (soft ground conditions). The soil's low bearing capacity posed a significant risk for traditional foundation methods, necessitating a more robust and reliable solution.
• The terrain has a steep slope towards the edge of the grounds. The site's steep incline towards the land's edge added a certain complexity to the design and installation process. This required precise engineering in order to maintain proper stability.

Solution

• To overcome these challenges, a total of 15 P3 and 9 P2.5 piles were installed. These piles were screwed to a depth of 4 meters (13.1 feet) to provide the necessary support and stability for the timber structure.
