We are pleased to introduce Vincent Jenny and Nicolas Giroux, who will lead Techno Metal Post 3 Lacs in Switzerland. Together, they bring a wide range of experience in business, construction, project management, and customer relations.
Vincent has always enjoyed working in construction. He started his career by qualifying as a forestry worker before completing a second qualification in road construction. These hands-on roles gave him a strong understanding of construction sites before he moved into project management, graduating from HEIA-FR in 2021. Since then, Vincent has managed major road and railway projects across Switzerland for several well-known companies. He has built strong skills in project planning, coordination, and team management.
Today, Vincent is also the founder of a construction consultancy. By joining Techno Metal Post 3 Lacs, he is taking on a new business challenge. His practical experience and project management background allow him to support clients in both Switzerland and Canada.
Nicolas has had an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age. At just 24, he started his first company, specialising in curved glass, and bought his first glass bending furnace. He learnt the trade through hands-on experience and quickly grew the business to around twelve employees. After almost ten successful years, he sold the company in 2003 before moving to Switzerland to begin a new chapter.
Over the years, Nicolas has continued to work in the construction industry. For twelve years, he was a sales representative specialising in piping systems for civil engineering projects. During this time, he met Vincent, who was one of his customers. Seeing the potential of a new opportunity, Nicolas joined Vincent to develop Techno Metal Post 3 Lacs across Fribourg, Bern, Lyss, Murten, Payerne and the surrounding areas.
Nicolas brings valuable business experience, practical knowledge, and a people-focused approach. What attracted him to Techno Metal Post was the company's culture. He values its professional approach while maintaining a strong family spirit as the business continues to grow.
